The quickest and easiest way to fix this is to resend a password to 0427 767968. This will re-set your password.
If you have locked your account, your will have to contact our Customer Support team on 1300 725243 and they will be able to unlock your account.
My password is not working!
When you create a passport by sending a password to txtit2me it will use all the words in your sms to be your password.
If you put more than one line of text in your sms then you will have problems entering this in as your password. Simply re-set your password with a single word or phrase without any formatting ( Carrige returns ).
How do I create a passport..
In order to use txtit2me you need to create a passport... but that's simple.
The quickest and easiest way to create a passport this is to send an sms containing your password to 0427 767968 from the mobile handset that you wish to use for txtit2me Messages.
Its as simple as that!
txtit2me Customer Self Care.
txtit2me provides you with a Customer Self Care website.
This lets you monitor yor SMS usage and change you passport details.
Just click on the Self Care button to go to the page and log in with your txtit2me Password.
Passport Access.
Your passport is created by SMS you send. As long as you dont share your password with anyone, no one else can send a txtit2me message to your handset.
If you have told someone your password and want to change it, simply SMS your new password to 0427 767968 or you can change it via the txtit2me Customer Self Care pages.
Just click on the Self Care button to go there and log in with your current txtit2me Password. To change your password click on the EDIT button.
Passport Locking
You can disable or lock your Passport to prevent others or yourself accessing txtit2me.
When you DISABLE your Passport you cannot send txtit2me messages. You can re-activate a disabled Passport by sending a new password to 0427 767968 or via the Self Care site.
If you've elected to LOCK your Passport you cannot re-activate it yourself. This is useful if you dont want to access txtit2me any more or if someone has used your handset without your permission. To re-activate a LOCKED account you have to contact the txtit2me Support Team on 1300 725243. Please check out the contacts page for all the details.
How much will it cost??
txtit2me is a "Mobile Terminated" service. Passport owners will be charged (via their mobile account) per message sent. The normal charge for a message is 55cents.
Some messages may be sponsored by the website owner. These sponsored messages will be sent without charge to the Passport owner.
How does it work?
txtit2me is a "Mobile Terminated" service. Website owners can put a simple link on their page and the text content can be transmitted via a users Passport to the txtit2me SMS Gateway.
This means that website owners do not have to set up manage or pay for an idenpendant relationship with an SMS gateway provider.
What does txtit2me cost for my site??
The simple answer is NOTHING. txtit2me does not charge websites to use this service. All you need to do is to add the correct details in a link and you are done.
